Energy efficiency has never been as attractive as it is today! Thanks to improved conditions, KfW is “giving” future builders up to € 30,000 in repayment subsidies for a KfW loan. In addition, the maximum loan amount was increased by € 20,000 to € 120,000. But that's not all: the loan interest rates are also very interesting at a rate of 0.75%.
- KfW 40 Plus energy efficiency standard: You receive 25% of the maximum loan amount of € 120,000 up to € 30,000
per unit (previously you received up to € 15,000).
- KfW 40 energy efficiency standard: You receive 20% of the maximum loan amount of € 120,000 up to € 24,000
per unit (previously you received up to € 10,000).
- KfW 55 energy efficiency standard: You will receive 15% of the maximum loan amount of € 120,000 up to € 18,000
